This is a stand-alone qualification, but there are entry requirements. If you have passed any ABE Level 5 Diploma (QCF or NQF) you are eligible to take this qualification.
Other applicants must have obtained one of the following:

A UK Degree or overseas equivalent
BTEC HND in business management or related studies
Other level 5 qualifications from another internationally recognised awarding body or approved overseas institutes of Higher Education
Plus you must be competent (Level 2) in English and Mathematics.
